New Site…Maybe New Albums?

Posted on August 27, 2008

I have been thinking lately and shopping. I found this site that offer very high end italian leather albums. They are very simple…not much choices yet are of high quality. They are called “Kiss books”. I have been fighting the temptation to use them as an album choice on my site. I love the concept…simple…no fuss…high end albums. You choose leather colors ranging from “Sultry Blue” to “Voluptious Black” and the number of pages…thats it! I am getting frustrated with the NUMEROUS add on’s and upgrades and lengthy turnaround times with GraphiStudio and Epoca Albums! Kiss books have a 10 day turnaround time…..TEN DAY!  Plus you can purchase “Little Kisses” in multiples of nine or more at an alarmingly discounted price how cute is that? These little kisses have a mock cover with cardboard consistency and are great as gifts to bridal attendants and friends alike. Soooo, you might want to keep an eye out for  this new album as an option if not a standard in my upcoming packages. Another thing I have been shopping around for is a new site design and hosting company. I just feel as if my current site is not representing Maria Angela Photography to it’s fullest. So I have been going between a couple of major web designers for an updated look….so take notice…..Maria Angela is growing and expanding at an alarming rate and I couldn’t be prouder so maybe my site and products should reflect this.

So for all of my current brides with future wedding dates: If you feel as if you would like a “Kiss Book” instead of your current album option stated in your agreement, please let me know as we can work something out…. check out www.kissweddingbooks.com I LOVE the site and the concept.

Also for all past, current, and future brides, let me know what you think of this new book….any and all suggestions are encouraged. Should I offer Kiss books or should I not….

Thanks!!

-Maria Angela

Christie and Simon were so much fun to shoot. Their families reminded me of my own and I felt a bit of nostalgia. This wedding was an intimate setting in a family church with close relatives and friends. The ceremony was on stage with loads of spot lights and was a perfect setting for this scene. I have to also thank the mother and aunt of Christie who insisted that I take a hearty plate of food home with me. The food was very good I must say and did not quite make it all home. haha. Many thanks to them and I wish them the best on their next voyage to London, England!!
